Ch-ch-ch-changes!

Last night we had our team's Reunion re-cap call. We talked about the new products (which I've already shown you), there were also several announcements made.

As of right now, all printing is done in house with the exception of the 8x8 board books. This is super exciting because it means quicker production/shipping times! The shipping times were one of the biggest complaints, so this is wonderful! We spoke and they listened! Gotta love that! :)

We also got a beautiful new catalog. Complete with new art, templates, and LOWER PRICES! Woohoo! Another benefit of bringing things in house. :)

One more thing...we've done away with "credits" and are now working on a "points" system. This means that instead of buying a credit for a specific product, you'll buy points that can be used for anything you want! This is much simpler, and works really well for those of that change our minds often. :)

New Shipping Options: Now at check out you can choose Media Mail, for storybooks only. We also have 1^stclass shipping for smaller items.

Make Your Projects Now: The ability to start a new project for the following items will be turned off June, 1, 2010. 5-panel family folds, 7-panel family folds, and 12x18 posters.

Greeting Cards and Postcards: All greeting and post cards will now have a UV coating. This will give the cards a glossy finish. The cards look beautiful, professional, and have the Heritage Makers quality you’ve come to expect.

Order your Heritage Makers gifts by the date below by 5:00 p.m. mountain daylight time in order to receive items by Mother's Day. That's 4:00 p.m. Pacific, 6:00 p.m. Central, and 7:00 p.m. Eastern times.

Remember to plan on shipping time if you are having the projects shipped to your home. You'll want to add in some extra time if you are planning on shipping your Mother's Day projects yourself. Orders received after the deadlines cannot be guaranteed.
